Conditions
Drivers Licence
All international licences accepted.
Drivers must be at least 21 years old.
Additional Drivers
No extra charges will apply.
Mileage/Kilometre
Allowance
All of our vehicles come with unlimited
mileage/k's.
Bond
A bond is required on all rentals. A credit card imprint is taken
on initiation of the
rental and destroyed upon termination
provided the vehicle is returned without damage.
Booking Deposit
A credit card deposit is required to confirm a booking.
Rental Duration
24 hours from the time of pick up.
Hires must start and finish
in the location
as per the vehicle rental agreement -
should you wish to
change your drop off location
once the hire has proceeded
a relocation
charge may apply.
Cancellation
Where a booking is cancelled
once it has been confirmed
by a deposit
a cancellation fee - equal to the initial deposit -
will apply.
In addition, if a hire is cancelled within
72 hours of pickup, a further charge
of 3 days hire may apply.
No Show
If you are a "no show" and have not notified us
at least 72 hours prior to
pickup of your intention to cancel,
we reserve the right to charge 3 days hire in addition
to your initial deposit.
Classification/Substitution
We do not guarantee a specific make or model of car -
only the general
classification.
We will attempt to supply the class of vehicle quoted
at
the time of reservation but reserve the right to substitute
an upgraded
class - at no additional cost to the hirer.
Vehicle Rental Agreement
All terms and conditions stated on the
vehicle rental agreement do apply.
